1. Can I still use the content that I download after my subscription has expired?
Yes, you can continue to access the content you download (e.g. videos, documents) even after your subscription period has expired. There are no hidden restrictions. However, you will not have access to new additions or updates.
2. Is your training material videos or workbooks?
It is both depending on the training package. Most of the Collaboration packages are video based where most of the Core Network Services and Tunneling Services are workbook (PDF document) based. On each product page there is a section called "Format" where you can view whether the package is a video series or a workbook solution.
3. I get errors trying to order a package. What should I do?
If you experience any issues trying to order a package attempt one of the following:
- Confirm you are using one of the latest web browsers.
- If you are using a proxy server configured on your computer or on your network either bypass the proxy server, work with your proxy administrator, or connect through a better full-featured proxy.
- Try ordering from a separate computer and/or network.
4. What do I need to have to use your training material?
For the video content use either the VLC player or the Quicktime player for best results. Windows Media Player may work for some videos, but not all. For PDF documents use Adobe Reader. All of these programs are free to download.
5. What are the download subscription periods offered on your site?
The Master Collection and the Voice Bundle provide a one year subscription to content on the site. If you are purchasing individual packages on the site then the download period will range from 5 to 10 days for you to download all of your content during that time.
6. Are there any discounts?

7. How often do you add new content on the site?
New additions and updates are added to our collection every month providing a huge value add for

8. My Master Collection subscription has expired. Do I have to purchase the full price again?
Not at all! You can renew the Master Collection with 35% off. Contact us for more details.
9. Does the video content contain audio with the instructor?
Yes! The videos in our collection has the instructor/engineer explaining what is being done or configured.
10. Can I view sample videos?
There are samples you can view from many of the Voice video series in our collection to see what is expected. Below are three packages that have sample videos (located on the bottom of those pages):
