Description

Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) is a Messaging solution that provides Voice Mail and Unified Messaging for Voice IP communications (Cisco Unified CM 8.X). CUC integrates the Email Server, VM, and UM to be consolidated on the same solution.

The video labs in this series is applicable for Cisco Unity Connection versions 7.X, 8.0, 8.5, and 8.6 environments.

In this video package we will show you how to deploy Cisco Unity Connection for the design, step-by-step configuration, installation, and how End Users can use many of the features provided.

The video labs in this series is mainly focused on deploying Cisco Unity Connection 7, but are applicable for Cisco Unity Connection versions 7, 8.0, 8.5, and 8.6 environments. Additional updates or changes focused around deploying CUC 8.5/8.6 has been added for such topics like installing CUC 8.5/8.6 on VMware ESXi, Unified Messaging, to the Web Inbox among other topics listed in the outline below.
