Description:
Cisco Unified Communication Manager (previously called Cisco CallManager) is the most important element on an IP Telephony infrastructure. It is responsible for Call processing for all voice devices (e.g. IP Phone, voice gateway, etc) on the network. In this training package we will focus on the installation and configuration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.x on our voice network to support SCCP and SIP endpoints. We will also show you some valuable tools and how you can manage your IP telephony network effectively with reporting capabilities.
